JOB PURPOSE: Qualified candidate assures consistent quality of service delivery by assessing the frequency and quality standard parameters of service maintenance contracts and one time work orders. Will also develop collateral sales leads with existing and perspective clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 

  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by proactively reviewing service management quality obligations by contract against budgeted cost frequency and quality expectations necessary to meet these obligations
  • Schedules client visits to coincide with periodic service intervals to ensure cost , productivity, quality standards, and client satisfaction is attained. Provides proof of services to clients through client meetings and email notifications
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing both information and trends. This includes but is not limited to; failed processes, corrective actions, and customer satisfaction feedback/results
  • Identifies sales opportunities within existing account portfolios
  • Generates a lead pipeline and maintains existing client collateral service maintenance and one time sales contracts
  • Perspective client development within Commercial & Residential Property Management
  • Identifies vertical tenant sale warm leads

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • College degree preferred
  • 2+ years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager
  • Process improvement
  • Strategic planning
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Detail- oriented and thorough when dealing with complex matters

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Salary is commensurate to experience
